If you would like to change or cancel your order then please let us know immediately. If you are a UK consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to cancel your order within 14 working days following the receipt of your order.

If you wish to cancel a product you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following the terms that apply:

I want to cancel the order prior to dispatch: by law you are permitted to cancel your order prior to dispatch but please contact Alfresco Garden Furniture as soon as possible so that we can minimize the overheads and inconvenience of any costs incurred. This should be by telephone and confirmed by email.

We try to dispatch orders on the day they are received, or next working day. Parcels are sent on a standard service. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Please be aware that delivery times may take longer around bank holidays and during busy or festive periods.

Stocked Garden Furniture items will be delivered within 5-7 Days or as per delivery notice on product detail page.

For stock items that are not personalised you have 14 days to return the item for a refund (excluding shipping costs).

On the rare occasion that an item is faulty or incorrect when you receive it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put this right.
